Try G330 transmissions, they have smaller differential than G280 and give you more speed, but you need more engine power too. By default, your truck won’t go any faster than 90km/h on Euro Truck Simulator 2. No matter how much you spend on the engine and performance, the speed just falls on that limit. That’s not your fault. The game itself limits your maximum speed to 90km/hour, although most trucks can go above 120+km/hour quite easily.

The current HGV speed limits are 40mph single lanes, 40/50mph Dual Carriage ways (varies based on whether it's a dual carriage A road or M) and motorways are 60mph for unlimited engines. Hm, in Sweden the max limit for heavy traffic is 90 on a highway or 80 on expressways or if you have a trailer. Since you usually have trailers in this I could understand the max 80 km/h but other than those max limits, the speed limits of cars are the same. So, on a road with 90 km/h I should be allowed to drive 80 km/h, but the GPS says 70.
