Lat Thursday shortly after a bike ride, my heart rate monitor just stopped. When I tired to do a bike ride today was the first I noticed it. The lights are not illuminating from the sensor side of the watch. Went into the settings and tried making some changes to revive it and then power cycled. Still nothing. I'm wondering if it died.
I don´t know what happened but the heartrate monitor disabled itself then randomly comes on again. Currently I don´t even get a reading of my heartrate during sport activities or throughout the day (Sleep, stress levels, heart rate etc).
9649291 over 2 years ago. I have a fenix 6 pro, owned it for 6 months now and had no issues, but now the heart rate isn't working. The lights don't show, restarting the watch got it to work once, but not anymore, starting an activity would get it to work as well, but not anymore. I have done a factory rest and it doesn't work at all.
