tmaddox Feb 25, 2016 @ 8:19am. You can drive between 10 and 12 in game hours without needing to sleep. That should take longer than five minutes so I assume you are exaggerating for effect. But turning off fatigue is definitely an option. I turned it off in ETS 2 because I hated being forced to sleep during the day.
