For LCPDFR, downgrade your gta version to 1.0.7.0 as its the most stable version for LCPDFR. The complete edition compatibility should work for the newest version, but I believe scripts and ENBS will not work. So if you are in to that, I recommend the downgrade. Once you have patched GTA-IV, if you also have EFLC, it will automatically patch that too. (4) Run the game you wish to play.
